The swimming pool is open seven days a week—including holidays—from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  

The Association contracts yearly with  Pristine Pools to handle all day-to-day pool operations, upkeep and normal maintenance.  Any questions or issues regarding pool operations should be brought to the attention of a board member or the Association’s management company.  Do NOT contact Pristine Pools directly.

 

All residents will receive a pool season packet.  Upon becoming a resident of Shadow Wood, they will receive a key card.  Renters will not receive this packet; they must contact their landlord to receive the packet, as well as, the key card.
